All those staying in on-campus guest accommodation are reminded of our terms and conditions:  The Board of the Irish Church Music Association asks all those taking part in the Summer School to follow these conditions.

Consumption of alcohol and/or illegal substances on the campus is strictly prohibited.

Any guests deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance and likely to cause a disturbance will be asked to leave or refused admission.

The rights and privacy of resident staff and seminarians must be respected. It is expected that from midnight on there should be no noise in any of the accommodation areas. Any guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave.

The rights and privacy of other guests must also be respected.

Under no circumstances should a guest bring another person back to his or her bedroom. This is a serious safety and security issue. Anyone found in breach of this during the course of the night will be asked to leave immediately. If the rule is found subsequently to have been breached the incident will be reported to the Head of Security. Disciplinary action may be taken against any person(s) in breach of this regulation.

Your co-operation on these matters is respectfully requested.

Please do not hesitate to contact Security at (01) 708 3929 if you have any cause for concern during your stay with us.

Yours sincerely

Bill Tinley (Manager, Maynooth University Campus)
